MEET THE FOUNDER
LaJuan Perronoski Fuller, Ph.D. is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in C-level executive roles and academic leadership. He excels in team leadership, quantitative analysis, accreditation, and budget management, consistently driving operational efficiency and strategic outcomes in dynamic environments.

A U.S. Air Force veteran with over 20 years of service, Dr. Fuller served as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, leading large teams and managing multi-million-dollar operations across six tours supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Horn of Africa.
​
Dr. Fuller has held key C-level positions, fostering successful collaborations with the Department of Defense, government agencies, and businesses to deliver innovative solutions and measurable improvements. In academia, he has served as Director of Faculty Development, MBA and DBA Program Chair, and Department Chair, overseeing 15 business programs, 350+ faculty members, and accreditation alignment. His achievements include enhancing retention rates, developing course review plans, and implementing innovative academic strategies.

He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Trident University, with certifications in Business Analytics and Data Science from Harvard and Cornell. His peer-reviewed research on AI, leadership, economics, and sustainability is available via his ORCID ID: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8066-9377.
